Volunteers at Our World Peace Park

Our World Peace Park strives to end prejudice and discrimination by fostering understanding and familiarity between world-citizens of every race, religion, nationality, creed, or lifestyle.

Made possible with the devotion of those who share our vision for a world without hate, our volunteers act as representatives of their cultures as well as the progress of harmony and nonviolence. Centralized at the Monterey fairgrounds and wharf, Our World Peace Park will treat all visitors to the beautiful variety our world holds by offering educational activities such as booths and games; new experiences such as international flora and fauna; and the warmth of a worldwide community found in our own backyards.

Our volunteers act as champions in our mission for peace, and we'll depend on them to form a network of support which sees our park flourish. Volunteers are tasked with reaching out to leaders in the community, bridging the way for our success by helping us cement strong alliances with essential ethnic- and faith-based spokespersons. They will also provide critical foundations in the form of historical, social, environmental, and cultural research.

Building a world of acceptance and tolerance is a worthy and noble goal. To donate $18 is to contribute to the destruction of fear and alienation and take part in the creation of love and understanding. Our grand vision is matched only by the strength of our ambition, limited only by obstacles that are no match if we stand together.
